Swollen Painful Nipples but no Period?
Ok, here's my symptoms...Anyone have a clue?
1. Swollen, almost purple, REALLY painful nipples; it hurts for my shirt to brush up against them
2. Slightly swollen but not painful breasts
3. Headache
4. Dizziness
5. I keep dreaming about being nausiated & waking in the middle of the night feeling like I want to throw up--particularly if I can still smell food from the kitchen
6. Always tired
7. Increased appetite
8. Occational feeling of fullness, pushing, or pain where my ovaries are
Here's the catch: So far as I know I can't be pregnant. (PCOS/ possible fibroids). IF I even ovulated, I would have done so about 2wks ago and my symptoms have lasted slightly over a week. My last period was the 19th of the month. The previous was the 14th. I'm not on any medication. Today is the 19th so technically my period isn't too late.
I was diagnosed with PCOS some years ago, and so was a cousin of mine. PCOS -DOES NOT- prevent you from getting pregnant. My cousin has had five kids!! Having PCOS might change the result in a home pregnancy test, but I would still highly suggest getting a few of those ("First Response" works well) AND going into the Doctor's to have a pregnancy test taken!!

Based on statistics, there is only a small percentage of cases which can be considered tantamount to having breast cancer.
Those women who are diagnosed to have fibroid cysts can worsen the situation if they take in caffeine and dietary fat which is why they are forbidden to take it as it may also prevent convalescence.
