Need some health advices and views from pros.?

Negative count Rheumatoid arthritis test, low platelets counts, 2.5 cm fibroid, cysts and inflammed left ovary. i often have my fingers swollen along that the whole body is in pain especially head and feets, constant lower back pains and neck and shoulder pains. Heavy headed and difficulty to concentrate and speak. i would be grateful to have some views. sent results to my doctor and waiting for her diagnostic but am a bit fed up with all that.

Is Chemically Treated Table Salt Affecting Your Health?

Salt is a dietary mineral composed primarily of sodium chloride that is essential for life. Salt for human consumption is produced in different forms: unrefined salt, refined salt (table salt), and iodized salt. Among the three, it is table salt that has been widely used. In fact, it is quite likely that you will find table salt in virtually all kitchens as it is a handy seasoning with just a pinch. However, overconsumption of table salt increases the risk for a number of health problems.

This is quite alarming because the recommended daily allowance for sodium ranges from 500 to 2,000 milligrams per day. The sodium that the CSPI and the AMA are pertaining to is the sodium found in table salt.

Table salt or refined salt has been chemically cleaned, purified and dried at an extreme temperature exceeding 648 degrees Celsius. After the refining process, what remains is 97.5% sodium chloride and 2.5% chemicals including toxic iodine and fluorine as well as moisture absorbents. In most cases, aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate are added to enhance the pouring ability of table salt. However, the process does not proceed without its repercussions because for every gram of sodium chloride that the body cannot dispose, it uses twenty-three times the amount of intracellular water to neutralize the salt. This results in cell dehydration while excess fluid accumulates in body tissues, which in turn can contribute to the development of arthritis, unsightly cellulite, kidney and gall bladder stones.

Most experts also believe that excess salt consumption is linked to a number of diseases such as duodenal and gastric ulcer, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, heart disease, heartburn and even death. Ingestion of huge volumes of salt in a short time can be fatal - about 1 g per kg of body weight.

When you consider the fact that an average person ingests 4,000 to 6,000 mg of sodium chloride every day, and heavy users can consume as much as 10,000 mg in a single day, it becomes evident that this is a serious and pervasive health issue. However, with the advent of the Himalayan crystal salt, you now have a viable alternative to the conventional table salt that has been a mainstay in kitchens for centuries. Sadly, as common as table salt is to your kitchen, so are the various diseases linked to its daily consumption. Salt is an indispensable part of your diet but it has been slowly inflicting damage to your body because table salt that you have been accustomed to using is mainly sodium chloride and has nothing in common with the original crystal salt.
