Fibroid Breast Pain
Sore Breasts all the time?
My breasts are always sore. I cannot sleep on my stomach coz my boobs hurt, I dont allow my boyfriend to hug me coz if he hugs to hard then it hurts my breasts. Sometimes it pains so much that I cannot even touch it. Im not sure what the prob is. I have a fibroid only on 1 breast but both pains. pls help
PS : Not near my period, not pregnant either. it just hurts all the time, everyday ffrom about 3 months now
If you are young, it could be a sign of puberty, and thats nothing to worry about. If you are over puberty and fully developed I could imagine in your head its hormone city, and they are just causing you to feel your breasts more, and that makes them sore. Either way, just make sure you wear a well supported and fitted bra, padded would be best to help protect your breast and nipple.
If it gets really sore and starts to affect more of your everyday life, you might want to have a check-up with your doctor.
