Normally not at all. I had one the size of a jaffa orance and gave birth to a healthy 9 pound baby! But if a large fibroid is situated close to the neck of the womb it can make delivery difficult. My daughter had one like that but it moved just before the birth when the muscles pull up to facillitate delivery. Try not to worry. It's not serious as your doctor will be keeping an eye on it and can take the necessary steps if there's any problem.
