Fibroid Cramping
Fibroid Cramping
Cramping and Bloating during Ovulation normal?

For about 4 months now I seem to be getting light cramps and gassy bloating around the time I ovulate. I have normal 6 day periods every month. Is this normal? I got checked last month and they did find a small fibroid when doing a internal sonogram but was told it's nothing to worry about when conceiving and my doctor told me that I was OK to conceive. My husband and I have been trying to conceive now for 3 months and I'm 29. This month I should be ovulating now or already ovulated and I didn't find my LH surge using the home ovulation tests, maybe I missed it and didn't start testing on time. Last month I did find my LH surge on the 13th day of my cycle. I'm 2 days pass that already and no LH surge. I also had an abnormal PAP for the first time on my life 3 months ago, the doctors told me now to worry to much about that also and its common to have an abnormal PAP. Should I be concerned or I'm over reacting? Anyone else experience this?

It is possible that you ovulated later this month than you did last month or that you ovulated earlier and that is why it didn't show up on the test. As for the abnormal pap, we all have them once in a while. It could have been that you had sex too close to the date that you had your pap (you should try not to have sex for about 3 days before your pap as it can alter your results), or you may have had a slight infection. The only abnormal pap I ever had was after I had surgery and I went to a GP instead of a GYN and he didn't know I had an infection (neither did I) and my test came back abnormal. you haven't been trying too long that you should be worried yet. If you are trying for over a year then you can see a fertility doctor and have some tests run but I wouldn't worry yet. It takes healthy couples up to a year to get pregnant and sometimes longer. Good Luck.

The Solutions For Fibroids

I wanted to talk to you about the solutions for fibroids. This is an odd condition that most people don't know about. It's when you have tumors growing around the reproductive organs of a female. These tumors are benign, so they aren't a health concern, but there existence actually causes complications with the daily activities of the reproductive process. That means you can experience extreme cramping, bleeding and it can be very difficult to get pregnant. I think it is very important to fully understand the solutions that are available to you, so you can try what you want. I'm going to share with you the solutions for fibroids and I hope this will help you with your decision making process. When you get right down to it, doctors don't really know what to do about this. They have no idea why you get these tumors and other women don't. All they know is the tumors aren't a health concern themselves, so removing them would be done through surgery and cutting them out. There are two issues with this approach and the first is that it is major surgery and the second is that it is often hard to save those organs. If you want to get pregnant in the future, you're going to need those organs. Another one of the solutions for fibroids is to shrink them. When you shrink them, they cause much less of a complication and you can avoid the problems such as cramping, bleeding and increase your odds of a successful pregnancy. Fibroids will shrink if you lower your estrogen levels. You can do this through diet and exercise, but also with a doctor doing hormone therapy.
