whats wrong with my ovaries?
i am 24 yo. had a miscarriage about 4 months ago that changed my body so bad.
during my pregnancy i bled every day. i started to get pains in the location of my left ovary. the doctor would check them out but nothing was there. after my miscarraige, the pains began to linger and a month after my surgery i went to get an exam because i couldnt take it any more. the doctor didnt find cysts like i thought. she found 1 fibroid, size of a dime. but she said no fibroid that size could cause such discomfort. i thought i twas just me.
now both sides are hurting. constantly. all the time. they hurt like a dull lagging pain. always!
i cant take it anymore. i want to have a baby and weve been trying for 4 months but nothing!
i swear it hurts so often and so much iw ish i could remove the ovaries to see whats there!
has anyone ever had this type of pain or know any more?

I have had similar discomfort - after an u/s (only minor cysts were found) and in combo with my history (long, heavy, crampy periods, occasional intercourse pain, etc) the origin thought to be mild endometriosis. The endo tissue can grow to irritate your ovaries and it can be tough to see on a u/s. Unfortunately, a true diagnosis of endo can only occur through surgery.
If this sounds familiar, it could explain your ovarian pain, difficulty conceiving, and m/c. Ask your doc if this could be a viable explanation.
