I am quitting (for now)?
I am quitting for a while. Been ttc for six years next month. I went through two years of fertility treatments and meds and now the doc thinks I have a fibroid in my uteres that will need to be taken care of before we can proceed.
But.....in with the bad news came some good new. In tandem with the fertility we have been trying to adopt through our local children's services agency. We have finally been matched and hope to have these two new additions in our home soon. This may ease my urge to conceive and carry, and it may not. Only time will tell. I can not get pregnant while we are in the process of adopting, or they will not allow us to adopt.
I have a few ovulation test and pg tests that I will gladly mail to the first person to email their address to me. Only U.S. please! They are out of the boxes, but still sealed in wrappers.

I want to congratulate you on being selected to adopt. I was adopted as an infant and I want to reassure you that it can be a wonderful choice. My adoptive parents mean the whole world to me and although I chose to seek out my biological parents for medical reasons, my adoptive parents are the ones that I love and consider my real parents. Just because I dont share my genetic makeup with them, my soul belongs to them. The choice to adopt is such a special one to both the child and the parents. Enjoy every minute when your new child enters your life as it is truly a blessing. If you do choose to try TTC again, I wish you all the very best. Congratulations!!
