Fibroid Nhs
NHS in the UK?
I have a fibroid. we are trying for our second child for 5 years now. All I want to know is it a Gyenacology problem or Fertility problem. I was turned away by the specialist after waiting for weeks for the appointment by saying that you have come to the wrong clinic. This is happening for years now. Who can help me. Do you know any ombusman for NHS? please can anyone help me?
it sounds like both, but in all honesty i would of thought that you would of been sent to the gyno as they would of been able to deal with both things, i.e the fertility and the other problems with it. (ive had something simlar b4 when i kept bleeding and also have fertilly problems my dr refered me to the gyno and said they can deal with both things.) which they did.
which ever the case it needs to be dealt with any way its its a problem.
i don't know much about fibroid problems to be honest but I'd suggest going back to your GP and telling him you want it sorting out as soon as possible, maybe he can rush through your case ?
sorry you've been trying so long i know its hard.
