Fibroid Outside The Uterus
Question about TTC with a uterine fibroid...?
My fiance and I have been TTC for over a year. We recently underwent a few tests and I haven't been back to OB/GYN yet. I had an HSG (hysteropinogram sp?) and thank goodness both of my tubes were clear, but the doc that performed the test noticed what he thought may be a fibroid. I have no idea how large it is or exactly where. All i know is on the x ray it looked like it was on the outside of the right side. My fiances sperm analysis came back good. So now my concern is will the fibroid keep me from getting pregnant? Has anyone out there gotten pregnant with a fibroid in their uterus?

Fibroids can cause reproductive problems, such as infertility, having more than one miscarriage, or having early onset of labor during pregnancy.
Go back and make sure that is what it is. It could possibly be something else. Im including the website I got this info from and the treatment options look pretty bad... Good luck, I hope it isn't fibroids.
