Fibroid Tumors Uterine
With 5 fibroid tumors, what are my wife's options?
My wife is 36, Hispanic, and has been diagnosed with 5 fibroid tumors on the outer uterine wall. The largest is 3cmX4cm. There is a history of this in her family.
She's meeting with a surgeon, but that is more than a week away.
What kind of options is she going to have?
Hysterectomy! My mom had a hysterectomy! And so did my grandmother, great grandmother, and great aunt! I just can't wait to grow up!
