Please advice is my wife able to give birth new baby?
We want baby. So my wife has done her ultrasonography. Report says---
Bladder: Urinary bladder is well filled & regular in outline.
Uterus : (5.5 X 10.2m) Uterus is anteverted in position & bulky in size with irregular myometrial echotexure. There are multiple solid masses attached with both anterior wall uterine fundus and posterior wall of uterine body, that represents fibroids. Size of bigger one is about 4.6 X 5.8 cm (fundal).
Endometerium : Mild collection of free fluid is noted within endometrial cavity.
Cervix : Long.
Right ovary: Size of about 2.5 X 1.9 cm.
Left ovary : Size of about 3.2 X 1.8 cm.
Ovaries: Both ovaries are normal size shape, position and contain follicles. Size of bigger follicles is about 9 mm (right) & 12 mm (left).
This above is the report.
So please advise. Is she able to give birth new baby? Please!
Apparently she has fibroids, which can wreak havoc with fertility. The first thing that needs to be done is to have them removed, giving her a greater chance of possibly becoming pregnant.
This is something that she needs to discuss with her gyn. There is no way we can tell you for sure.
