Fibroid During Pregnancy

Anyone managed to conceive after open myomectomy?

I had an open myomectomy to remove a fibroid the size of a feotus in the sixth month of pregnancy. During the op they found that my tubes were also blocked. Does anyone know what my chances of getting pregnant will be, or will my only option be IVF?

did they unblock your tubes at the time,??? i had a mass the same as yours and went on to have two children without any help, well their father helped a bit....
