Shrinking Uterine Fibroids

Uterine Fibroids? Any luck shrinking them?

I was researching nutrition and herbal supplements. I was wondering if anyone has had results.

I found out I had fibroids while trying to get pregnant a few years ago. Have a bunch of them. They were the "good" kind on the outside of the uterus. When I got pregnant with my twins, they got huge, like the size of a baseball. After I had my girls they shrunk back down. At my last appt about a year ago, they were small again and not a problem. My twin sister went to the doctor recently and I think she has the "bad kind" but we are still waiting on the final test results. That kind I don't believe shrink and she will probably have the operation to remove them.
