my wife was diagnose of fibroid while i was diagnose of low sperm count, what is the way out (treatment)?

i married two years ago since there is no issue my wife was diagnose of fibroid while i was diagnose of nil sperm count. i am living in nigeria pls what type of drug am i going to use to rectify all these abnormality

If you have zero sperm count I don't know that you can have biological babies. Your only choice might be a sperm donor. If you have low sperm count, they can fertilize your wife's egg with your sperm in a medical lab and then implant the fertilized eggs back inside your wife.

Depending on the size and location of the fibroid, they don't necessarily interfere with conceiving and pregnancy. Lots of women (myself included) can get pregnant even with fibroids.
