Are there any gyno type conditions that can include lower GI symptoms? I'm going to the doctor next week because of gyno type symtptoms that include unexplainable non menstrual bleeding and pelvic pain. A couple days a week I have gas, bloating and the urgent need to go #2. I go to the bathroom and then 5 minutes later i have to go again, then again.This usually happens in the morning. I've made dietary changes and do not have a history of IBS and this is not a virus. its been going on for a few months. Based on my gyno symptoms I know theres alot that could be happening, anywhere from a cyst to fibroid etc but I don't know if the lower GI symptoms could pinpoint something specific or if its unrelated.
hi,can i suggest you ask for tests for pcos,endometriosis and fibroids.
all done by laparoscopy.
