Some times the pill or other hormones can help. It did for me awhile. But I needed the surgery eventually. The surgery wasn't that bad. It took an hour and I went home the same day. That was 4 years ago and I haven't had any problems since. The best thing is with these new procedures. You can still get pregnant.
