Uterine Fibroids Myomectomy
Has anyone had a myomectomy? How long before the abdominal swelling goes down?
They removed 2 large fibroids from my uterine area less than 2 wks ago. I now look several months pregnant (only below my bellybutton), and I wonder how long it will last. Any ideas? I haven't had my 2-wk follow up, yet.
Yeah, I call those doctors & nurses, but they keep telling me "everything is normal" that I'm experiencing. Well, we'll see on Thurs, I guess.
You should call your doctor. I recently had my 2nd myomectomy and I have never had swelling. Some pain but never swelling.....
