Uterine Fibroids Size
Is it possible to remove fibroids from Uterus by taking medicine & able to give birth child?
My wife wants to be a mother. Her age is 30 years. her ultrasonography report says---
Uterus : (5.5 X 10.2m) Uterus is anteverted in position & bulky in size with irregular myometrial echotexure. There are multiple solid masses attached with both anterior wall uterine fundus and posterior wall of uterine body, that represents fibroids. Size of bigger one is about 4.6 X 5.8 cm (fundal).
Endometerium : Mild collection of free fluid is noted within endometrial cavity.
Cervix : Long.
Right ovary: Size of about 2.5 X 1.9 cm.
Left ovary : Size of about 3.2 X 1.8 cm.
Ovaries: Both ovaries are normal size shape, position and contain follicles. Size of bigger follicles is about 9 mm (right) & 12 mm (left).
So please advice how she will get cure & give birth child. Please !
Meds may be a start, but may not really remove fibroids permanently. Check below link and have a look at the treatment options.
There are less invasive procedures e.g. hysteroscopic resection that may be worth considering.
