What Causes Breast Fibroids
Has anyone had breakthrough bleeding and then a period that doesn't show up when ttc?
I bled for an entire week (mucousy, sometimes red, sometimes brown ... not enough that I needed a pad, but definitely would be more than what I would consider spotting). Now my period is 3 days late (I usually have late cycles, so this is day 37), I took an HPT today, and it was negative. My breasts are definitely more sore than ususal. I have a 1 year old son already, but I had really no pregnancy symptoms with him either.
My mom says she had fibroids and this may have caused the spotting, but could it have caused the missed period? Is it possible I might still be pregnant? I will make an appt with my dr, but if anyone's been through this, I'd appreciate hearing from them.
Hmmm.. I was pregnant years ago and had that exact type of bleeding twice, which led to confusion and me thinking I was not pregnant.
I'd say take a test you just might be pregnant, and if not then your hormones might a bit out of wack. If you are ttc and find that you are not in fact pregnant now I'd see your Dr and have your hormone levels tested.
