What Is A Posterior Fibroid
i want to know how thi s pregnancy and ovulation thing works?
First let me say I had an ultrasound done the 6th february and they found a 8.4*8.0 fibroid in the posterior wall of my uterus but my kidneys and ovaries are normal but my uterus is measuring at 11 and something i cant remember right now. My last period was the 6th of march and ended the 11th i had sex the 17th of march and i have a 28 day cycle but i believe i started to have the strecthy eggwhite discharge because i place it between my fingers and it had a strecth so when me and my partner had sex i was on top so when he cum he didnt pull out but it didnt feel it run out either. So like yesterday i had alot of pain in ovaries. What i want ti know is if I has sex on monday would I have had an egg there already? How does it actually works? When did the egg leave my ovaries? And would the sperm still be alive when it comes although I had sex since monday? My legs are hurting like my period is to come so I said it probably had`nt meet the egg or i had sex to early
The only day you get can pregnant is when you ovulate. The day you ovulate, your body releases the egg. The egg lives a maxium of 24 hours. However, sperm can live up to five days in fertile cervical mucus but most live three days. Your fertile phase are the 3-4 days prior to ovulation and the day of ovulation. If you have sex any time during your fertile phase, you can conceive.
No one can tell you when you ovulated. They would only be guessing. You most likely ovulated the day you saw the egg white cervical mucus or the day after.
The egg would be fertilized on the day you ovulated (the day of conception). It takes the fertilized egg around a week and up to 10 days to implant into the uterus. Once the egg is implanted then your body starts releasing pregnancy hormones HCG. Prior to implantation you are not pregnant. Prior to implantation your body does not even know that you conceived.
It takes a while for the HCG to build in your system. Your body's reaction to HCG is what causes pregnancy symptoms. Home pregnancy test look for HCG to conclude pregnancy. You must have enough HCG in your urine to register a positive. There is no point in taking home pregnancy tests prior to when your period should be arriving. It is a waste of money and sanity because there is always the possibility you could be pregnant and it is not registering because you don't have enough HCG in your system yet. When you do take a home pregnancy test, use your first morning's urine. It contains the highest level of HCG.
